• Full authority retained during project execution.
• Technology response is limited to the provided hardware & software guidelines.
• After project submission, Mehta Websolution bears no responsibility.
• Extra charges will be reimbursed after project handover.
• Clients must obey rules & regulations of different websites.
• Data losses and automatic backup services are not covered; costs are per requirement.
• This agreement is governed by the laws of India and under the jurisdiction of courts in Jamnagar (Gujarat).

Payment Policy

• 50% advance payment at the time of work order.
• Invoice to be paid within one month of project completion.
• Final payment is charged after project completion.
• 18% yearly interest on pending invoice amounts.
• If work order is canceled by the client, 50% of the work order value will be charged (certain services excluded).
• Full advance payment required for Domain, Webhosting, SMS, Email, SEO, AdWords, and Google Apps for Work services.
