This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamnagar (Gujarat).

Payment Policy:
Our company will take 50% advance payment of the project at the time of work order.,
Invoice should be paid within one month from the completion of the project.,
final payment will be charged after finished of project.,
Our company will be charged 18% (Yearly basis) interest rate on the pending amount of the invoice. ,
Due to any reason work order will be cancelled from your end. Our company will charge 50% payment of work order value. (Domain, Webhosting, SMS, Email, SEO, “Adward”, and “Google Apps for Work” of Services Excluded) Full Advance Payment will be charged for Domain, Webhosting, SMS, Email, SEO, “Adward”, and “Google Apps for Work” of Services.
