Delivery Cycle:

  • You will receive an email for order confirmation with the summary of your order.
  • After our system processes the order, we pass our products through Quality Check and inspection round post which they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • You will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company. The status of your package can be tracked 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our store.
  • We know you are eagerly waiting for your package and our delivery partners helps in bringing the package to you at the earliest possible.
  • Status updates will be sent in every stages (Processing, Shipped, in transit, out for delivery, etc) of shipment through E-mail.
  • You can contact us after 3 working days if you do not get any update from us.
  • In case of non-delivery at the time specified, our delivery partners will contact you to resolve the issue.

How do we pack?
Our products are packed in bubble wraps individually. Fragile items are given extra care. Then the products are placed carefully in boxes covered with a plastic layer to ensure extra protection. We take pride in the standard of our packaging. Till date, we’ve received minimal complaints about damaged products thanks to our packaging.

How long will it take to deliver the product?
Our estimated shipping time (in business days i.e. excluding public holidays and Sundays) varies from item to item. The shipping time is mentioned against every item. For every order placed, we send you an email containing the order and delivery details.
For remote locations which are not covered by our courier partners, we send the consignment by Speed Post or Registered Post through the Indian Postal Services. The delivery may take a bit longer than our usual delivery time 7-10 days depending upon the location of delivery.

Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products) –
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Although Shweta Computers does not guarantee same day-shipping we shall strive to do so wherever possible. Orders are not processed on weekends, festival days and National holidays.Orders are shipped within 12 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Shweta Computer Bazar is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 12 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Shweta Computer Bazar is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. Shweta Computer Bazar is proud to use EBS for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products
The shipping charge is based on the destination, weight and size of the product.
We have divided India in 4 different zones i.e.
South India (3-5 working days)
North East India, (9-11 working Days
Union Territory and (7-11 working days)
Rest of India for the smooth operations. (5-7 working days)

We provides two types of Delivery:
i.Standard Delivery: Standard Delivery is a by default delivery of Shweta Computers which takes 5 to 7 working days for delivery of the Product.
ii.Express Delivery: Express Delivery can be obtained upon payment of additional charges which takes 2 to 3 working days for delivery of the product.

All the product categories are defined as individual shipping class and that adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee.Thus, a customer who orders three items from the same product category then a single delivery fee of a consignment is applicable, however,  the customer might be charged for three different consignments i.e. three different product category  Thus the customer will pay a delivery fee of Rs XX*3=3X/- for ordering the three different product category items as a single order.

The weight of the product has been built in into the delivery charge of each product. This will automatically be added to the product cost at the payment stage.
